In order for us to meet payment requirements all fees for this event must be paid on or before Monday, February 18, 2018. Since this is an overnight event, all attendees, including adults, must have a Boy Scout Medical Form on file. Please click on the link below.

New Medical Form Required Every Year

The Boy Scouts of America require a new Medical Form every year. Before anyone can attend overnights or trips (including parents and siblings), the form must be completed and returned to Committee Chair – Jason Duehring.

Please complete sections A and B (section C is not required).
