Richfield Cub Scout Pack 157 Newsletter – January 2024
Happy New Year!
Wishing everyone a year full of blessings & new adventures!
Welcome to 2024! We hope everyone was able to spend a ton of time with friends and family over the holidays. We look forward to seeing everyone at the upcoming events this month.
In this newsletter we will cover: NEW CHARTERED ORG, VOLUNTEERING, our WINTER BLAST event, our Tubing Outing, and River Rats 2024.
NEW PACK CHARTERED ORGANIZATION!
Cub Scout Pack 157 is now chartered by the Daniel Boone Conservation League (DBCL)!
While there are no big changes to our program yet, this move will help our Pack by allowing us access to their grounds for future events, continued support by Troop 110 on training our Scouts with topics like Whittling Chit & First Aid, and future opportunities for service to our community. Also, on a very important note, our Pack will be committed to maintaining our relationship with the Richfield Lions Club by helping with their Chicken Roast for years to come! We look forward to the year to come and all the new opportunities!Please reach out to Pack Leadership with any questions.
GET INVOLVED!
Cub Scout Pack 157 needs you, our Scout parents, to help run the Pack! Find out how you can become more involved by attending one of our Parent Committee Meetings. We meet once a month at either the Richfield Village Hall, or before/after a Pack Event. Everyone’s time is valuable and we try to make the meetings accessible to everyone.

TUBING @ SUNBURST
Let’s get outside and enjoy the winter weather!
This is a Pack coordinated event that involves no pins or belt loops…just good old fashioned fun!
Bring the whole family out for a fun day of tubing at SUNBURST! This event is sure to be fun for ALL ages!
