Hello Scout Families!!!

We hope all of the Scouts had a great time Trick-or-Treating and were able to make a snowman, or some snow angels on Halloween!

In this newsletter we will cover: THE FALL OVERNIGHT & THANKSGIVING!

To all of the Scouts, Parents & Leaders that were able to help out with this year’s Lions Club Chicken Roast, THANK YOU!

All day, members of the Lions Club, and people from the community, were complimenting how well all of the Scouts did. The organizers of the event love having our Pack support them for this event. Scouts, you should be very proud of the service you provided the community at this event.

FALL OVERNIGHT @ Lambeau Field, Green Bay, WI

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 11TH @ 630pm until NOVEMBER 12TH @ 8am

This year’s Fall Overnight is being held at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI!

Payment for this event can be made via VENMO, to the Pack Account (@cubscoutpack157) or CHECK, mailed to our Pack Treasurer.

If you need to make arrangements, please reach out to our Pack Treasurer, Pack Committee Chair, or your respective Den Leaders.

Or we expect that you will be paying for the event upon arrival.

GREEN BAY, WI 54304

This is the general itinerary for the event:

ARRIVAL TIME: 6:30pm
Tours begin at 7pm and/or 7:15pm based on attendance
Scavenger Hunt to follow tour
Movie in the Hall of Fame
DEPARTURE TIME: 8:00am


MEDICAL FORMS!!

ALL ATTENDEES MUST HAVE A MEDICAL FORM ON FILE.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO THE EVENT, WE WILL NEED YOU TO FILL ONE OUT UPON ARRIVAL.


WHAT TO BRING!!

Think of this as an indoor camping event so anything you would bring as far as camping in a tent would be recommended.

Sleeping Pad or Air Mattress
Cot
Sleeping Bag
Blankets
Pillows
Ear Plugs
Eye Masks
Sleep Clothes
Water Bottle With Cover (No open tops, must be able to be sealed.)
Medications, if needed

Also make sure to bring warm clothes as there will be part of the event outside for a brief period of time.

NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED.

PLEASE EAT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL!

In the morning there are several places around to get breakfast.


PICKUP IS NOVEMBER 11TH, BEFORE THE OVERNIGHT !

Be on the lookout for an additional email regarding the PICKUP of all Ordered Popcorn, Wreaths, Coffee & Kringle from this year’s Fall Fundraiser. If you had orders for any of these items, this PICKUP is for you. There will be an additional email with a date, time and location for pickup.
